An ‘OUTSTANDING’ Provision for Before and After School Care
We offer quality childcare provision before and after school in our Whitkirk Kidz Club (WhiKidZ). The Club is open each day from 7.30am before school and until 5.55pm after school.
Our club provides a safe, inviting and fun atmosphere in which children enjoy spending time. After a hard day at school, our club offers a place to relax and socialise with friends. Our children are free to choose activities and resources as they wish. We offer a range of activities to reflect the interests of the children in our care. We have a separate indoor space to the rest of the school but do have access to school playgrounds and the ICT suite.

Learning is fun!
Young children learn and develop so quickly, and play is fundamental in this. Play helps to build self-worth and gives children a sense of their own abilities, which supports good self-esteem and well-being.
At WhiKidz we believe learning should be fun, it needs to be about what children enjoy doing. They might find unusual ways of doing things – for a child, building blocks are not just for making towers, and paint can be used without a brush! We show them how things work, but if they want to experiment, we let them!

Summer Fun!
Come and have fun at Whikidz! This summer we will be doing lots of fun things including: sports day, talent competition, film day, friendship day, Spanish, arts & crafts, water day, slime making, baking, mini-beast hunts, treasure hunts and lots more!
